A week full of Instagram Updates, drama awards, lots of tears and happiness. Let’s check out what happened this past week!

1. First of all, Happy New Year to all TaNyang shippers and Empress Ki lovers!! May this year will be prosperous and better than than last year for you all! Such a great journey it was and it’s already one year ago since Empress Ki aired and the term “TaNyang” coined. Here’s the greeting from our lovely couple, Ha Ji Won and Ji Chang Wook.

2. Ha Ji Won graces VOGUE Taiwan cover January 2015 issue. In the new batch of photoshoots, she wears leather jackets, fur and bold makeup to emphasizes the feminine side with a retro look. She looks regal and charismatic in every photo, captivating every person who see the picture. In the accompanying interview, the actress stressed that she is interested in retro style. “I have recently become interested in retro style. If there’s indeed a time machine, I would love to go back to Paris in the 1920s,” she said. (Kpop Herald)

3. Also appears on front cover of Cine21 Magazine is the most anticipated couple for movie-goers, Ha Jung Woo-Ha Ji Won (HaHa Couple) for “Chronicle of Blood Merchant” promotions. The couple is highly anticipated since both are top A-list actors with several movie hits and great acting ability. Of course there’s nothing new with the cover or the photoshoot... Except, Ha Ji Won shippers quickly replace poor ahjussi Ha Jung Woo with anyone they like, either Hyun Bin or Ji Chang Wook. (HJW soompi, jiwonnie1023)

4. On January 3, Ji Chang Wook was interviewed by KBS Entertainment Weekly. It seems we can see JiJi every week on KBS Ent Weekly now, either on Guerilla Date or casual interview. Thanks to KBS, JiJi has migrated to KBS as well, as Ji Chang Wook headlining “Healer” while Ha Ji Won will be guest star for “Invisible Man”. Anyway on that interview Ji Chang Wook was asked about Park Min Young, Healer and even given lie detector and got electrocuted... LOL. His shoulder is once again measured and this time, his shoulder is 50cm wide. I’m sure any woman would find such a broad shoulder comfortable *wink at HJW*. (JCW DC)

5. While first stills from Ha Ji Won guesting on new KBS variety show “Invisible Man” has been released by KBS. The show is hosted by Kang Ho Dong and M.I.B Kangnam among others. Ha Ji Won is their first guest on a variety show that parodies “Misaeng” and will depict the life and struggle of office workers through some interesting games. The show will first air on January 7. 6. As JiJi confirmed to attend MBC Drama Awards 2014 on Dec 30, we waited with bathed breath if and if only JiJi would come. And indeed they came, albeit skipped red carpet and only presented the awards. Ji Chang Wook presented Excellence Awards with Moon Jung Hee and Ha Ji Won presented Daesang (Grand Prize) with MBC CEO, Ahn Gwang Han. We can’t describe with words how much we’re happy just to see them together again in one event, at MBC Drama Awards where they got so much love from MBC last year. Although MBC sometimes is stingy, but it’s big leaps that they presented awards, albeit not nominated in anything. In short, we’re literally jumping in joy and fist-pumping when heard the news and seeing the pictures. Ji Chang Wook was so handsome in white tuxedo and his hairstyle reminds me of his hairstyle on MBC DA last year. Ha Ji Won was also really beautiful in pink gown. Even Korean reporters compared her with Suzy since they looked so beatiful at the event. In fact, both HJW and JCW looked glowing and fabulous. We’re not delulu or daydreaming but they both looked so happy, even though they didn’t win any awards. Such the power of love.

And even though they’re not presenting together, photoshop brings this couple together.

(Fanaccount on baidu stated that the fans spotted Ji Chang Wook left shortly after Ha Ji Won after the event. Wonder why?)

7. The next day Ji Chang Wook headed to KBS Drama Awards when he looked at most happy and at the very least gave forced awkward smile. Although he looked more handsome on KBS since his hairstyle here fits him more. Since KBS seems fond of Healer, Ji Chang Wook got Popularity Award that night with Joo Won and Best Couple Award with Park Min Young. Good boy KBS, they also made him sit with Joo Won and Park Bo Geum throughout the drama and made it triple treat of eye candy. In the middle of event, Ji Chang Wook was also asked by Lee Guk Joo. The question is if there’s noona with only good looks and noona who has everything but good looks, which one he will choose? He said he will choose the latter. Aw, I know somehow he considers more about manners (or in his word communication) to be the most important point in relationship.

시간(時間) 속에 삶의 의미(意味)를 넣는 법(法)은 상실(喪失)했다.
달에 갔다 왔지만
길을 건너가 이웃을 만나기는 더 힘들어졌고,

우주(宇宙)를 향해 나아가지만
우리 안의 세계(世界)는 잃어버렸다.
공기(空氣) 정화기(淨化器)는 갖고 있지만 영혼(靈魂)은 더 오염(汚染)되었고,

원자(原子)는 쪼갤 수 있지만
편견(偏見)을 부수지는 못한다.
자유(自由)는 더 늘었지만
열정(熱情)은 더 줄어들었고,

세계평화(世界平和)를 많이 이야기하지만 마음의 평화(平和)는 더 줄어들었다.
