EPISODE 55

Dr.Jin is already making incision on Paeha's head. He opens up Paeha’s skull. Blood everywhere. No one in the room, except Dr.Jin and some physicians. Mamanim looks worried. She prays in front of Buddha for our Paeha. A few hours has passed. Dr.Jin said the surgery is succesful.

Meanwhile Ayu finally read the message from Tiltil. He feels sorry toward TilTil. Ayu wears new robe and he looks so handsome...

He goes to TilTil but can't find her. His man says something about TilTil. Right then, TilTil is spying Red Turban rebels. Red Turban rebels is planning and discussing something. Their leader is none other than Jung Ok (Ha Jung Woo). Flashback to previous ep, Jung Ok actually disguised as an eunuch and ask Paeha to meet Jeongjo. He actually kills the royal guards and eunuchs in the palace

 TilTil is worried about this development. He runs off to the palace but then JungOk knows TilTil. They fight with sword and knife. In palace Hwanghu mama tenderly cares Paeha. Mamanim takes care of Paeha till she sleeps along with him. Paeha is still in coma after the surgery... 

Mamanim also takes care of royal administration. She shows she's capable as an empress. Then Eunuch Park comes. He said Jeongjo asks for a private audience with mamanim. Mamanim meets with Jeongjo. Jeongjo looks serious

He said boldly, "It must be an ill fate for us, Hwanghu Mama!"
Mamanim: Ill fate? Me and you? What are you talking about?
Jeongjo: “Ever since I met you, I often dream about you. In my dream, it's look like us but the people clearly not belongs to this era. They wear strange clothes and accesories. I dream about kiss your soft lips with creamy foam on top.”
Mamanim: Stop your nonsense!!
Jeongjo: Let's escape from here. You don't belong to Yuan, but to Goryeo. Leave your husband and son. I'll build you a secret garden in my kingdom.

Mamanim looks angry! She slaps Jeongjo then calls Eunuch Park to bring Jeongjo out and makes him never set foot in Yuan again. Jeongjo cries, he clearly wants to say more. Mamanim looks distraught and confused.
Then Ayu comes to greet her and ask her what happened. Ayu can't believe with his mother's story. Mamanim thinks Jeongjo must be crazy. But Jeongjo doesn't give up yet. He sends message to JungOk to create another chaos

TilTil comes to the palace and looks weary and tired. But then she meets Ayu coincidentally. Ayu is happy to see TilTil again, he asks her what's happened to Red Turban. TilTil tells Ayu everything. They prepare for another spying in Red Turban hideout. Ayu disguised in black mask.

For a while Jeongjo is back to Goryeo. He meets his cousin, Lee Hwon who is now under military training. Lee Hwon will be Jeongjo's successor if he doesn't get married and has children soon. Lee Hwon is handsome gentleman who likes to play women's hearts. After he heard Jeongjo's story, he's determined to meet Hwanghu Mama. For him, mamanim will be a challenge and a chance to defeat Jeongjo.

3 months later

Paeha wakes up!! Paeha wakes up slowly. Mamanim is there, gently helps him to sit up. But Paeha is too weak. His muscles are loosening. At least mamanim is happy because Paeha wakes up. But when Paeha tries to stand up, he almost fell off. Mamanim helps him. Mamanim: “Paeha, it's okay! Don't worry, just slowly. You just wakes up from coma. It's okay!”
Paeha can only whispers: “Nyangi-ah!! Nyangi-ah!!”

Paeha leans to mamanim. His eyes are still too heavy. His face is still pale. Mamanim holds him tightly. Paeha then sleeps off again. Ayu comes happily to see his father but mamanim said Paeha can't be disturbed. Mamanim helps Paeha sleeps in the bed. Mamanim: “Paeha, wakes up soon and be healthy! You know so many problems nowadays. It seems men always surround me. Be on my side, Paeha!”

TilTil reports to Ayu that Red Turban once again create chaos! They are already in the palace and will come to the Inner Palace soon. Ayu hurriedly takes his sword and ready to battle!
